Introducing Human Insight 

Before establishing IMA ART Fertility in Beverly Hills, its Co-Founders travelled from Hong Kong to Los Angeles to meet with IVF clinics, surrogacy agencies and clinical psychologists involved in fertility and surrogacy.

During one meeting with a well-established surrogacy agency, they were introduced to a surrogate screening methodology that reflected the accepted standards of the profession. The process was medically rigorous and professionally structured, yet one important question remained unanswered:

Would this process give Intended Parents complete confidence in the woman who would carry their child?

That question became one of the catalysts for rethinking surrogate selection.

It ultimately influenced the decision to relocate IMA ART from Hong Kong to Beverly Hills and establish a founder-led White-Glove Fertility Advisory centred upon relationships rather than transactions.

By intentionally remaining close to many of Southern California's leading IVF clinics and fertility specialists, IMA ART's founders could personally welcome surrogate candidates, accompany them through key stages of their journey and develop what would later become known as Human Insight.
