Clinical Psychology — because your wellbeing comes first

At IMA ART, your interests and wellbeing are our top priorities. That’s why all of our surrogates receive world-class clinical psychological support to protect your mental and emotional health, and to ensure a successful outcome for both surrogates and parents.

Supporting Our Surrogates Every Step of the Way

Becoming a surrogate can be an immensely rewarding experience, but it is not without its trials. At IMA ART, we work with you every step of the way to make sure you feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of.

We follow the American Society for Reproductive Medicine recommendations for surrogacy best practices. Unlike other surrogacy agencies, we also provide a Clinical Psychologist who’ll support you along your surrogacy journey.

Alongside private consultations and personality assessments to ensure a good fit between you and intended parents, you’ll also receive private consultations and monthly check-ins starting from implantation through pregnancy and delivery. But IMA ART’s support doesn’t end there. You’ll also receive post-delivery care and support with our Clinical Psychologist, to make sure you’re taken care of throughout your surrogacy journey.

Your Wellbeing Is our Priority

When it comes to mental health, surrogate mothers are often left to lean on their own support system. We at IMA ART feel differently.

In becoming a surrogate, you’re committing to a fairly long-term, involved, and often personal journey. So we want to make sure you’re given everything you need to feel relaxed and taken care of throughout your surrogacy process. Information you share with our support system of mental health professionals is not shared without your informed consent. We’re here to protect your rights just as the gestational carrier, just as much as those of the intended parents.
